Our body is not immaculately symmetrical. If you observe carefully in a mirror or photograph, you may notice that the 2 sides of your body doesn't look exactly same. Sometimes, it may be noticeable as well.
Hemihypertrophy can be one of the cause if you are having noticeable asymmetery since childhood. This asymmetry often appears as a difference in the size or length of the extremities, but it may also involve the head, trunk, and internal organs. There is increased risk of tumors in this condition.
Besides, there may be other causes behind it. If you are too much concerned about it, you must get it checked by your doctor.

How much asymmetrical is it?
Can you give some details.
If one side is larger than rest, it is called Hemihypertrophy and it can be associated with various conditions like AV malformations, and genetic diseases.
