Where can I prepare for MBBS entrance Nepal?

Are there any other institutes in Nepal where you can take preparatory classes for MBBS.

I studied in NAME, which is oldest one.
They used to have classes and mock exams.

I think newer once likes Orbit and vibrant are equally good as well. I heard they have a newer approaches and teachers from the old institute NAME.

You can even self prepare for Entrance if you don't want to pay them.
