I feel pain when opening my mouth wide or chewing

Its been 3 days, I'm having pain in or near my left ear (cannot differentiate if its ear or my jaw) when opening my mouth wide or chewing food. I'm really worried, I don't know whats wrong with me.

You may be suffering from ear infection. Get yourself checked by a doctor.

It can be ear infection like steve said but there are other possiblities like temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and tooth infection. Hence, get checked by a medical professional.
