Should I be worried for calcified granuloma in liver?

I went for ultrasonography of abdomen and the report shows multiple calcified granuloma in right lobe of liver, measuring 10 mm. Is this harmful?

Calcified granuloma is a benign nodule, usually the result of a prior inflammatory process or infection. It is generally an incidental finding. Calcification indicates that the granuloma has been there for a long period of time and is not active.
