Ceftaroline and
Ceftobiprole are considered 5th generation cephalosporins.
Ceftaroline- It is active against MRSA and Gram-positive bacteria. It retains the activity of later-generation cephalosporins having broad-spectrum activity against Gram-negative bacteria.
