Mid age female with numbness over lateral part of thigh

I have tingling sensation and numbness over the lateral part of right thigh. when I touch I do not feel any sensation. What is wrong? Is it leprosy there is no skin change however. I am 48 yr female

I thinks it is a case of Meralgia parasthetica and it is a self resolving condition. I don't think its leprosy.
