It may be due to sudden cardiac death occuring due to Ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Brugada syndrome, etc.

Most common is hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Could be long QT syndrome, arrhythmogenic left ventricle
